Apothecary Jars $13 each (Indludes - apothecary jar, med wood round, wood finial, candle stick, black or white paint, sandpaper)
I purchased all of my materials at Hobby Lobby for half price. I charged full price because they cannot guarantee me that everything will be on sale when I order. If you want to purchase the supplies yourself and watch the sales check out this website for a detailed list of supplies (http://shanty2chic.blogspot.com/2009/10/ashleys-fall-apothecary.html)
I will supply the glue, sandpaper and black or white paint for $1.
Frosted Vinyl (Bring any glass dish from home that you want frosted)
The price will include the pre-cute vinyl stencil and the glass etching chemical. I will provide the brushes needed to complete the project.
A 13 inch deep glass platter is $9.00 (monogram)
A casserole dish size and the larger “MORE PLEASE” platter size of plate would be $5.00
The 4qt bowl size would be $4.00
A plate design using the middle and around the edge of the plate will run between $5-$8 depending on how big the plate is.
The deep dish platter size is $8.00
Girl Temple Picture $9 each (Indludes - paper, modge podge, acrylic sealant, glue sticks, wood block, temple picture) Feel free to bring your own paper

MAGNETS .50 cents each (Includes - paper, modge podge, hot glue, gems, magnets)
You can bring your own paper if you want
Baby Seat Tents
What you need:
1 1/4 yard top fabric
1 1/4 yard bottom fabric
Complementary fabrics since you will see both fabrics at the same time on straps.
50-56 " of ribbon per side (1 1/2" ribbon - largest I could find at Joann's).
One spool will do 3 sides if you make the ribbon a little bit shorter (48").
6" of Velcro per side
You could do the stick on ones, but I wouldn't recommend them since they will be coming on and off often and are more expensive. Sew-on is the best.
Cost: $0.75 per side - (this price is of the sew-on 30"x 3/4" black or white Velcro, we might be able to get it cheaper from the big rolls where they cut it by the yard.)
Options:
2 sides Velcro - 12" Velcro - Cost $1.50
1 side Velcro/1 side ribbon - 6" Velcro/ 50-56" ribbon - Cost $0.75
2 sides ribbon - 100-112" ribbon - Cost $0.00
