Mack's grandpa Dawlton or as everyone calls him (Mac)passed away this last Tuesday. We were fortunate enough to drive down the weekend before and see him.
Mac was just overall a great guy. He was a true cowboy. He was born in Texas and moved to Bisbee where he lived for many years mining copper. He then moved to Joseph City and opened up a restaurant. He and his wife had six girls and one boy (Norman, my father in law). He enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting, camping and fishing. Mack was really close to his grandpa and some of his best memories are hunting with him every year. He passed away at 92 and never missed a season of hunting. Those McWhorters are dedicated hunters.
Grandpa Mac kept singing Patty Cake with Brooklyn. It was so cute!

I'm really sorry to hear that. I'm glad you were able to see family though. I love the video! It is really cute.
Sorry about the loss. How awesome to have such a cute video of him to have Brooklyn "know" him forever now!
